You will join the Partner Pillar, a dedicated group responsible for developing applications that serve our partners. Using a modern stack of Go, GraphQL, and TypeScript, your team focuses on critical journeys including reputed company routing, partner onboarding, and appointment scheduling. You will work closely with your reputed company to define key metrics and iterate on projects across our website and mobile apps to help our partners manage their businesses effectively.

You will participate directly in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring our technical solutions are robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing production-ready code: Delivering tested, easily understood code while maintaining technical diagrams and documentation.
• Driving Delivery: Breaking down large stories into smaller chunks, providing execution plans, and remaining persistent in the face of blockers.
• Operational Ownership: Participating in the on-call rota for your team and responding to production issues using relevant playbooks.
• Strategic Contribution: Participating in defining team goals and evaluating proposed work against the wider company mission.
• Cultural Leadership: Proactively fixing issues, proposing solutions to process gaps, and helping to explain the UW culture to others.
