Role Summary

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of global compensation programs, including annual cycles (merit, bonus, equity) and the design of new initiatives that support business and talent priorities

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Payroll, People Operations, and People Technology to deliver seamless, compliant, and efficient compensation programs and systems
  • Drive optimisation of compensation tools, workflows, and data infrastructure, enabling scalable processes, strong governance, and high-quality decision-making

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive compensation experience in public companies, including people management experience

  • Deep expertise in compensation best practices, program design, and market benchmarking
  • Proven track record of delivering reputed company, cross-functional compensation initiatives at scale

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-reputed company reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:$230,800—$369,300 USD
