This is a remote contract role based in the Philippines. The position requires overnight hours, generally Tuesday through Saturday, to align with U.S. business hours.

Purpose of the reputed company Management Analyst position

This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication to translate performance data into actionable insights. Expected Results

• Understand the Market and Execute Yield Strategies
  • Understand market and demand drivers well enough to forecast competitive set’s Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90-120 days.
  • In conjunction with the Lerad reputed company Manager, design, implement, monitor and fully execute yield strategies aimed ay driving profitability and growing RevPAR Index .
• Communicate and Pivot
  • Monitor market performance, communicate proactively and quickly pivot strategies in a manner that allows the majority of your portfolio to reputed company positive RevPAR Index Change and financial forecasts.
  • Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio weekly pickup, the impact of reputed company strategies, suggestions for new strategies, and risk/reputed company reputed company the financial forecast.
