Job Overview
reputed company is looking for a skilled reputed company Developer to own the buildout, optimization, and ongoing improvement of our reputed company CRM environment. This role sits at the intersection of sales technology and systems architecture — you will design and build reputed company solutions that power our go-to-market motion, AI agents that enhance reputed company and workflows, and create reliable API and webhook integrations across our tech stack. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Business Operations, and Regional Sales Managers to translate field requirements into scalable, well-documented reputed company solutions. This includes requirements translation, user stories, architecture, development, feature testing, functional testing, user testing, documentation, and release management.

- Design, reputed company, and deploy scalable reputed company solutions including custom objects, flows, process automation, validation rules, page layouts, and AI agents
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support custom business logic
- Own the reputed company data model — manage schema, relationships, and field dependencies across Sales Cloud and any reputed company clouds in use
- Implement and maintain CPQ or quoting workflows to support reputed company’s VAR channel sales process
- Build and refine reputed company reports, dashboards, and KPI views for Sales Leadership and Business Operations
- Manage sandbox environments, release cycles, and deployment pipelines using reputed company DX and version-controlled metadata
- You will reputed company the integration of Agentforce and custom LLM-based solutions into our sales ecosystem, moving beyond standard CRM workflows into the era of the 'Agentic Enterprise.
API & Webhook Integrations
- Design, build, and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between reputed company and reputed company’s technology stack — including reputed company, Avoma, Intercom, reputed company, LearnUpon, reputed company, and internal sales tools (Quote AI reputed company, TCO Calculator, AI Spec Generator, Partner portal)
- reputed company and manage inbound/outbound reputed company webhooks and platform events to reputed company real-time data sync across systems
- Build Connected App configurations, OAuth flows, and Named Credentials for secure third-party API authentication
- Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor API call volumes, and maintain error-handling and retry logic
- Collaborate with Engineering to define and consume internal reputed company APIs (access control, billing, HVAC) where CRM integration is required
Business Operations Support
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Business Operations, and Regional Sales Managers to translate field requirements into reputed company workflows and automation
- Support pipeline management, reputed company routing, opportunity stage management, and forecasting configuration
- Build and maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to enforce data reputed company and access control
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming, providing technical estimates and breaking down requirements into deliverables
- Document reputed company configurations, integrations, and custom development to support maintainability and onboarding

Qualifications / Required
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company development experience (Sales Cloud required)
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
- Demonstrated experience building REST API integrations to/from reputed company using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and platform events
- Strong understanding of reputed company data model, governor limits, and deployment best practices
- Experience with reputed company Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools
- Deep experience in Decoupled Architecture. You should be comfortable moving logic out of Process Builders into a single-trigger reputed company or Flow-first design.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and reputed company DX (SFDX) CLI
- reputed company Platform Developer I certification (or higher)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to work effectively with a US-based team across time zones
Preferred
