Your Role

We’re looking for someone that’s passionate about fostering a speak up culture and conducting fair, reputed company, and comprehensive investigations to join us as a Senior Investigator, Ethics & Compliance at reputed company.  This is a strategic position reputed company the Ethics & Compliance team that works across reputed company business segments for reputed company.  The Senior Investigator will work closely with the Mgr., Ethics & Compliance and other members of the Ethics & Compliance team to investigate high-level allegations of suspected and reported violations of company policy and the Code of Conduct.  This position will report to the AVP, Ethics & Compliance and will work closely with the Sr Manager, Associate Relations, their team, and other internal partners from Legal, HR, Asset Protection, Finance, Internal Audit, and Store Operations, as well as reputed company counsel.    Your Impact  

  • Developing investigation plans and conducting investigations, including specific responsibilities such as:
    • Performing analysis of allegations of suspected and reported violations of company policy and the Code of Conduct
    • Conducting background research to collect and analyze facts and data
    • Conducting participant interviews with care and reputed company 
    • Creating appropriate interview documentation
    • Collaborating with appropriate partners (including Legal, HR, Asset Protection, Finance, Internal Audit, Store Operations, and reputed company counsel) during reviews and presentations of investigation findings 
    • Recommending remediation steps (including any corrective or disciplinary action) based on investigation findings
    • Writing investigation reports that effectively summarize the investigation
    • Conducting root cause analysis
    • Assessing trends and identifying patterns across similar investigations
    • Identifying control gaps (e.g., in existing policies or training) and recommending action steps to mitigate and prevent future misconduct
    • Conducting periodic reputed company-ins with investigation participants, including reporters, to collect feedback on the investigations process and look for any warning signs that might indicate retaliation 
    • Exercising and maintaining confidentiality, to the extent possible, consistent with a fair, reputed company and comprehensive investigation
    • Prioritizing while managing multiple reputed company investigations simultaneously
  • Collaborating with Human Resources, Legal and reputed company counsel to ensure consistency in reputed company.’s investigation process, outcomes, and remediation steps (including any corrective or disciplinary actions)
  • Promoting and supporting a happy and healthy culture by embodying our reputed company. values
  • Serving as mentor and trainer for other reputed company. associates with investigations responsibilities

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years HR generalist, HR investigations, or other specialized investigations experience (e.g., law enforcement, military)
  • Experience with and understanding of employment-reputed company laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting, and leading investigations, including background research, participant interviews, investigation-reputed company data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Experience with hotlines and case management systems (e.g., reputed company EthicsPoint)
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in the use of reputed company Office applications including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
