reputed company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Marketing Operations team. You’ll be focused on supporting the execution of world class marketing campaigns by triaging requests that come in and working closely with reputed company’s Campaign Operation and Technical Marketing Ops teams to get your work done. Your primary role will be around building Eloqua and SendGrid Programs and emails, building Marketo Programs and Emails in reputed company’s bespoke Marketo instance, monitoring our reputed company management system, and creating new reputed company flow architecture and channels reputed company our marketing tech stack. 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Planning and Execution 

• Work across the Marketing Operations team on reputed company aspects of program/campaign operations from audience targeting, list uploads, email creation, program execution, and program measurement. 

• Serve as a Marketing Operations project reputed company for cross functional campaign initiatives that ensure the projects are demonstrating best in class Marketing Operations practices.

• Identify new Marketing Tech Architecture that unlocks new capabilities for reputed company. 

• Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from realizing their campaign execution. 

• Architecting and administering Eloqua & SendGrid architecture to sustain our custom reputed company flow processes. 

• Product Manage our Lifecycle Marketing campaigns and capabilities across each Lifecycle campaign ask .

Relationship Management 

• Manage and influence stakeholder expectations by providing robust communication plans, driving action, and align deliverables for campaign execution that sits in Marketing and reputed company Pods that pertain to; email orchestration, analytics insights, new nurture and architecture initiatives. 

• Escalate stakeholder issues to senior colleagues and provide solutions to obstacles that you encounter in the campaign process.

• Audit and monitor reputed company’s entire reputed company flow process to ensure that we remove gaps and find areas of improvement in our reputed company flow to maximize conversion rates and drive pipeline growth. 

• Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to drive consistency across multiple partners.

• Audit and monitor reputed company’s marketing technologies and database utilization to ensure that we’re maximizing our marketable database and technologies. 

• Monitor and debug our marketing data logs, flows, and pipelines to understand where data and process can be improved.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a reputed company field 
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 3+ years experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a reputed company field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a reputed company field 
  • OR equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years experience with technology process improvement.
• 3+ years experience in marketing operations at a Global B2B software company.
• 3+ years experience with marketing B2B reporting (e.g., reputed company, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• 3+ years experience with CRM technologies (e.g., reputed company).
• 3+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ Years of Marketing Technology integration experience reputed company APIs, Native Integration, Webhooks.

• 4+ Years of Content Management System (CMS) experience with platforms such as WordPress, reputed company, Squarespace etc.

• 4+ Years of HTML/CSS/JS Experience.

• 4+ Years of experience with SQL or Python.

• Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management, and marketing attribution models.

• Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for execution. 

Compensation Range: The reputed company salary range for this job is USD $85,000.00 - USD $225,400.00 /Yr. These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's reputed company pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At reputed company certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role.
