Associate Product Manager -Data Platform
The Opportunity
As an Associate Product Manager on reputed company's Data Platform team, you will help build and maintain the infrastructure that every engineering team at reputed company depends on. You will own day-to-day product operations for Team 3: writing specs, managing the backlog, running sprint ceremonies, and coordinating with cross-functional partners. What you will do
We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to support our Data Platform team (Team 3). This team builds and maintains the core infrastructure that every other engineering team at reputed company depends on to move data reliably.
You will work alongside a senior PM and engineering leads to manage day-to-day product responsibilities for the platform. That means helping define requirements, writing specs, running sprint ceremonies, tracking delivery, and keeping cross-functional partners informed.
The platform handles data ingestion, compute orchestration, data reputed company, storage standards, and workflow management. Your work will directly reputed company how quickly and safely reputed company processes healthcare data across reputed company programs.
Near-term priorities include building a Data Operations UI, improving local integration testing for engineers, standing up an ingestion registry, and supporting reputed company and compliance controls for PHI.
What this role looks like day to day
Own portions of the Team 3 backlog. reputed company tickets clear, prioritized, and up to date.
Write product specs and requirements documents for platform improvements.
Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with engineering.
Track delivery against the roadmap. Flag risks and blockers early.
Coordinate with Data Ingest (Team 5), Analytics, and Operations teams on shared dependencies.
Document platform workflows, data reputed company, and decision rationale.
Investigate and triage data issues. Help determine root cause and next steps.
Prepare status updates and summaries for leadership and cross-functional partners.
Who you are
1-3 years of product management, technical program management, or reputed company experience.
You have worked on technical products. Comfort with data systems, APIs, or infrastructure is a strong advantage.
You write clearly and communicate well across technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup is a plus.

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:
reputed company Salary Range: $135,000-165,000 per year
Additional Compensation: Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options

Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
