The Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) is responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ position reputed company the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to execute sales strategies across a variety of clinical settings. You will partner with internal teams to support customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and contribute to territory growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value across emergency, inpatient, and reputed company environments. 

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidates must reside in territory, covering the Midwest area. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and reputed company settings to identify opportunities and support development of targeted sales strategies 

  • reputed company market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for growth and expansion 

  • Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations 

  • Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory planning and performance tracking 

  • Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving reputed company goals 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience 

  • Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), preferably reputed company healthcare or diagnostics 

  • Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions reputed company to operational and clinical priorities 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage diverse customer stakeholders 

  • Proficiency or ability to learn sales and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory execution and tracking   

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:  

  • Travel 50%-75% of the time  

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record   

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:  

  • Working knowledge of laboratory workflows and operational needs across hematology and urinalysis environments

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total reputed company compensation at plan (reputed company + SIC) is $160,000 – $175,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the reputed company based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
