As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, one‑on‑one therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them regain strength, mobility and independence. You’ll assess patient needs, reputed company individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence‑based interventions and educate patients and caregivers to support safe recovery at home.

Pay Range $38.81-$62.09 per hour (based on years of experience, skillset, education, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:
reputed company licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
