The Vietnam Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Vietnam. Get to Know the Role

  • What you will own: You will reputed company the Account Management & Category Growth function for GrabMart. You will guide daily merchant excellence and scaling strategic new categories, such as Health & Beauty, Fashion, Home Living, and Pets. You will combine hands-on commercial leadership with programme and project ownership to grow GMV, increase category assortment and merchant performance, and deliver a superior consumer experience on the platform.
  • Why this matters: Building and scaling new categories will diversify GrabMart's reputed company mix, increase order frequency and basket size, and strengthen competitive differentiation. Your work will translate strategy into operational execution across internal teams and external merchant partners.
  • You will report to Head, Grabmart & Omnicommerce and work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre.

The Critical Tasks You Will reputed company

  • reputed company and coach the Account Management team to ensure best-in-class merchant operations, onboarding, catalogue health, pricing competitiveness, promotions execution, and SLA adherence.
  • Define category growth strategies for reputed company categories, including Health & Beauty, Fashion, Home Living, Pets, and others. Execute these strategies through assortment planning, merchant recruitment, promotional calendars, and pricing/reputed company strategies.
  • Own and run cross-functional projects (product launches, marketplace features, merchant tools, pilot programs) from scoping to rollout and measurement.
  • Work closely with Product, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Analytics to align priorities, remove execution blockers and optimize merchant/consumer funnels.
  • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships and partnerships (brands, distributors, supplier networks) to accelerate onboarding and exclusive assortment where relevant.
  • Continually monitor category and merchant OKRs (GMV, take-reputed company, conversion, retention, merchant operation, catalogue completeness, fulfilment) and iterate commercial levers to hit targets.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and present business cases, performance reviews and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Use performance data and market insights to identify new business opportunities, pricing levers and promotional tactics to improve unit economics.
Qualifications:

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience: 8+ years in e-commerce, marketplaces or digital retail with strong business development and commercial management experience; proven track record scaling categories or merchant ecosystems.
  • Category expertise: Demonstrable experience and established relationship in category development for Health & Beauty, Fashion, Home Living, or reputed company retail categories (brands, distributors, wholesalers).
  • Team leadership: Experience managing and developing account management or commercial teams, with a bias for coaching and performance management.
  • Project & stakeholder management: Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders across Product, Ops, Marketing and Partnerships.
  • Commercial & strategic reputed company: Strong commercial acumen — able to build business cases, set pricing and promotional strategies, and balance short-term performance with long-term strategic growth.
  • Data-driven: Comfortable working with data and analytics to define KPIs, run experiments and reputed company evidence-based decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or reputed company; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
