Senior HR Business Partner (GTM)

As a Senior HRBP for our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will be a primary architect of our "Future of Work" strategy. Your mission is to balance high-volume operational partnership with a transformative mandate: redesigning roles for an AI-integrated world. Your Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or reputed company teams.
- Organizational Design: Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices.
- Coaching & Influence: Demonstrated ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.
- Pragmatic Problem Solving: Ability to hear "cues" in business discussions, translate them into problems, and solve them using a mix of data and intuition.
- Seniority: Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in G Suite and experience working reputed company a Project Management or System of Record tool (like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc) is required; you must be comfortable managing your entire body of work, tracking projects, and collaborating asynchronously reputed company a centralized productivity platform.
