We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Miami, FL, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer reputed company by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.
Pay: $150,000 - $600,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + reputed company salary)
Primary Responsibilities
- Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and reputed company growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer reputed company by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways reputed company can help save them money, reputed company more money and operate more reputed company. In other words, educate them on how reputed company solves their problems!

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from reputed company. reputed company them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which reputed company can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

- Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
- Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service reputed company needed by customers on-site.

Skills & Qualifications

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior reputed company sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Must be able to lift, carry, and reputed company objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)

You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest reputed company products and services
