This role will involve configuring and maintaining reputed company systems, installing patches, managing user accounts, and providing user support. The candidate will work collaboratively with other technical engineers and operate reputed company a SAFe/Agile reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain reputed company systems to meet project and client requirements.
• Install and test reputed company patches, ensuring system reputed company and functionality.
• Manage and administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide direct support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve reputed company-reputed company problems promptly.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other IT technical engineers to ensure system compatibility and performance.
• Participate in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and support agile development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field with 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or reputed company Developer supporting government IT environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring and patching reputed company systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage user accounts and provide user support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to reputed company effectively with users and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government reputed company clearance (existing clearance is a plus).
• Relevant certifications or reputed company-specific training are highly desirable.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in SAFe/Agile Software Development.
• Experience working in the federal government IT space.
• Familiarity with VA environment is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
