Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-person. • Provide product information and conduct engaging product consultations to assist customers in making informed decisions. • Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences. • Demonstrate excellent etiquette while communicating with customers in-person. • In-time, you'll be able to assist in supervising junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Utilize basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management. • Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and reputed company.
