Responsibilities
- Assist clients with identifying and booking hotel accommodations based on their needs and preferences
- Provide support throughout the reservation process, including confirmations and updates
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property details
- Verify booking information such as travel dates, guest details, and room selections
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and reservations
- Offer follow-up support prior to reputed company-in and after stay reputed company needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer service reputed company
- Detail-oriented and able to stay organized across multiple tasks
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
