They are seeking a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional to handle inquiries reputed company to retirement plans, process financial transactions, and assist participants with financial services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries reputed company to retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists
- Process financial transactions as requested by callers
- Explain past returns in relation to the economic environment while adhering to FINRA/SEC guidelines
- Assist participants in navigating the automated voice response system and the website for financial transactions and loan initiation
- Respond to managerial feedback, run disbursement quotes, and attend meetings and training sessions
Skills
- Associate degree in business or reputed company field preferred; with no degree, one to two years of directly reputed company experience is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services-reputed company field
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
- Completion of FINRA fingerprinting
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
- Experience in a financial service-reputed company field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle reputed company inquiries
- Familiarity with retirement plans and financial products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
