[Remote] Junior Property Accountant

The Junior Property Accountant role involves supporting the financial operations of property management by assisting with accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties
• Process accounts payable and receivable reputed company to property operations
• Reconcile bank statements and property accounts
• Maintain and update tenant ledgers, rent rolls, and other property-reputed company financial records
• Support the Property Accountant and management team with reputed company financial analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for properties
• Communicate with property managers, tenants, and vendors regarding financial matters

Skills

• Minimum of 1 years of progressive property accounting experience reputed company the commercial real estate industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and reputed company reputed company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
