Responsibilities
As an reputed company Virtual Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and day-to-day administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer emails professionally and promptly reputed company Reamaze, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
- Managing customer orders in Shopify, including refunds, shipping updates, and delivery issues
- Monitoring order status and resolving basic support inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
