This part-time role will range from 20-29 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required work days. This position is temporary and expected to end on September 30, 2025. Responsibilities As an reputed company Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing top-notch customer support reputed company phone, chat, and email to ensure our customers have a great experience using our product. * Troubleshooting software issues and providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs. * Answering both process (how-do-I?) and business (how-should-I?) inquiries and requests. * Working directly with clients, as well as Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues. * Documenting frequently asked questions and preparing knowledge-based content. * Documenting requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * Strong customer service and analytical skills. * Comfortable helping customers reputed company phone support. * Ability to diagnose and explain reputed company solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to quickly learn computer software and operating procedures. * Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software. * Flexible work schedule; must be able to work on weekends. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills. * Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals. * Success-driven, works well in a team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. * Knowledge and passion for the dance industry. * Previous experience with SaaS or payments industry preferred, but not mandatory. Salary Range Disclosure The reputed company range represents the low and high end of the arenaflex salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package for employees.
