About the Role

As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Airline steward workforce, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building positive relationships with leaders and Airline stewards to maintain workforce engagement, commitment, and flexibility.
• Performance-based management of large teams of Airline stewards on KPIs such as reputed company, reliability, customer satisfaction, and financials.
• Promoting a culture of safety, health, and well-being, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Addressing Quality Assurance issues, such as uniform compliance and overall performance.
• Collaborating with reputed company support staff, various departments, and internal/external partners to drive reputed company improvement.
• Participating in leadership flying programs and supporting the Airline steward team.
• Proactively responding to and following up on time-sensitive matters and competing priorities.
• Providing essential support to Airline stewards before, during, and after flights.
• Acting as a liaison and support for assigned projects reputed company the reputed company and/or department.
• Communicating regularly with remote Airline steward workforce.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• The ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• Two years of experience in In-Flight Administration, three years of arenaflex experience, and/or external supervisory experience.
• A four-year college education.
• Working knowledge of internal arenaflex-specific applications.
