As a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you'll contribute to the full system lifecycle, from customer and sales engagement to requirements gathering and criteria analysis. You'll work closely with our technical team to reputed company end-to-end processing solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing customer business requirements and developing solutions that meet their needs
- Validating batch and online system setup and output, based on customer requirements
- Communicating directly with customers to audit results and ensure satisfaction
