About the Role:

We are looking for an reputed company KYB Specialist to support merchant onboarding and business verification reputed company reputed company's rapidly growing crypto payments infrastructure.

This role sits at the center of our FinCrime operations, ensuring reputed company merchants are onboarded with the highest level of regulatory reputed company, operational efficiency, and risk awareness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough KYB reviews, processing reputed company onboarding cases, and ensuring reputed company KYB procedures meet global AML and regulatory standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, operationally minded professional who thrives in fast-paced fintech environments and maintains an exceptional eye for risk and compliance.

Your Role:

• Conduct end-to-end KYB reviews for merchants, including UBO identification, corporate structure analysis, and document verification.
• Process onboarding cases across a range of risk profiles, including high-risk industries and reputed company corporate structures.
• Ensure reputed company onboarding decisions reputed company with internal policies, AML frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain rigorous quality and accuracy across reputed company KYB reviews reputed company established SLA targets.
• Escalate reputed company or high-risk cases to the KYB reputed company or Compliance team as appropriate.
• Contribute to operational reporting and flag patterns or issues in merchant risk profiles.
• Support reputed company process improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date procedure documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, reputed company, and Sales teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.

• 2+ years of experience in KYB / AML / Compliance operations.
• Experience reputed company crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience reviewing corporate structures, UBO chains, and onboarding documentation.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and KYB frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage workload in a high-volume environment.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
