The Customer Experience team is responsible for the main page of the web app, the main screen of the mobile app, navigation, and the overall information architecture that connects our services into clear, end-to-end user journeys.

This team integrates the work of other product teams, requiring a strong understanding of how applications fit together and how people, processes, and data flow across the platform. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to work across our core Customer Experience platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Strong experience in Web React/ Next.js apps (using TypeScript)

• Strong knowledge of developing mobile apps using React Native

• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices

• Collaborative approach to ensure quality design and practices

• Familiarity with GraphQL or willingness to learn

• Experience in test automation

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
