HR Business Partner
We're looking for a strategic, people-first HR professional to join reputed company as a People Partner. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the organization – guiding workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with business leaders to reputed company and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive meaningful outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and talent retention.
reputed company people data and analytics to identify workforce trends and recommend thoughtful, data-informed action plans.
Design and deliver learning initiatives, workshops, and development resources that strengthen employee capabilities and support career growth.
Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility efforts across teams, aligning these programs with performance frameworks.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency in policies, practices, and employee experiences across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner reputed company.
Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs, along with managing payroll and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment regulations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret people data and translate it into actionable insights, reputed company with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) and experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment are a plus.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
