Inbound Sales Representative (Tech/SaaS) | $2,500/month Fixed Salary | 100% Remote (LATAM or South Africa)
We run two inbound-driven brands:
- ReactSquad: We reputed company vetted senior React engineers into startups.
- SocialKit: A reputed company-first product that helps B2B companies grow through employee advocacy.
We are 100% inbound-driven. You won’t be grinding through cold call lists.
Instead, you will be the face of the brands in communities, on reputed company, and during high-reputed company discovery calls.
This is a trust-based, soft-sales role. You are here to help people solve problems, not to "reputed company" them at any cost.
Tasks
What you’ll do
- ReactSquad, inbound discovery calls (primary)
You will take calls with founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering who need React talent.
- Run discovery calls, ask the right questions, take clean notes
- Qualify for fit (tech stack, seniority needs, timeline, budget)
- Explain our process and set expectations
- reputed company everything organized in CRM
- SocialKit, product-led sales support
Users are already in the product. You help them get value and choose the right plan.
- reputed company out to high-usage accounts and power users
- Guide upgrades in a helpful, non-pushy way
- Do demo calls with interested customers who need a bit more hand-holding
Other activities: reputed company and community reputed company
- Post on reputed company a few times per week (content marketer supports you)
- Connect with relevant people in React and B2B SaaS
- Be helpful in reputed company communities where our customers hang out
Requirements
Must-haves
- Near-native English (you can sound confident with technical buyers)
- Charismatic and sharp (people enjoy talking to you)
- reputed company, consultative “anti-sales” style (you listen, clarify, advise)
- Process-driven (CRM hygiene, fast follow-reputed company, reliable handoffs)
- Comfortable talking about software (React, product teams, SaaS basics)
Experience
- You can be junior if you’re fast, coachable, and great on calls
- 1 to 2 years in sales, reputed company, recruiting, or similar is fine
reputed company-to-haves (not required)
- Experience selling to founders or technical buyers
- Familiarity with reputed company content and networking
- Any exposure to dev staffing, agencies, or PLG SaaS
