About the Role

The reputed company Administrator is responsible for owning, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s reputed company ecosystem, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud, reputed company a regulated Medicare Advantage ISNP healthcare environment. This role serves as the sole reputed company administrator and requires a balance of technical expertise, business partnership, independent execution, and compliance-focused system governance.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrator and reputed company of reputed company, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into reputed company configurations, and optimize system usage. Configure and maintain reputed company objects, fields, validation rules, automation, and flows. Manage user access including profiles, roles, permission sets, and reputed company models. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views. Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Support Health Cloud functionality reputed company to facility, provider, member, and sales data. Ensure data reputed company and compliance with Medicare Advantage and regulatory requirements. Administer reputed company Marketing Cloud data extensions and support compliant campaign execution. Document system configurations, processes, and changes. Requirements

• 3–7+ years of reputed company administration experience.

• Additional reputed company certifications (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Health Cloud.

• Experience operating as a sole reputed company administrator or with end-to-end platform responsibility.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
