Automation Test Engineer
Job Description:
Wisemen is looking for an Automation Test Engineer to provide testing support as a member of an integrated agile project development and testing Team. He/she will be working with other Developers and Testers to test custom-developed software as required.
The Tester will be responsible for providing input to project release plans that cover project inception through delivery and ongoing operational maintenance. They will be expected to analyze and solve reputed company testing-reputed company problems; review other developers' and testers' work products for correctness, adherence to the project design concept, and user standards.
The Tester will play a key role in a highly secure system for a government agency. To be successful in this role, the Tester should be self-motivated and passionate about solving technical problems. The system facilitates high-value financial transactions over the Internet. Experience with payment systems, trading systems, or other highly secure transactional systems would be highly valuable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing reputed company requirements and design documents to reputed company detailed reputed company-by-reputed company manual test cases.
- Executing manual test cases; documenting actual results during execution; reviewing the test results and reporting anomalies (if any) into the defect tracking database.
- Developing new automation scripts and updating existing scripts to meet the newly added functionalities.
- Executing automated test scripts; reporting execution results and identifying unsuccessful execution (if any).
- Executing Load/Performance testing by running the load test scripts and generating the load test execution results reports.
- Tracking the defects from creation to closure; documenting detail description of the defect and working with developers to reproduce.
- Deploying software to test environments and monitoring server logs during testing to identify errors and/or unexpected log entries.
- Participating in and/or facilitating the test case peer review meetings and providing feedback, making sure that the developed test cases meet the client requirements and test conditions veries the requested functionality.
- Assisting the test reputed company with the release test plan, generating RTM, maintaining the regression test database, and creating test reports at the end of each testing phase.
- Assisting the test leads in performing an internal quality assurance reputed company on reputed company deliverables to ensure that reputed company deliverables are complete, accurate, and adhere to the client's standards.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to reputed company reputed company testing and delivery.
- Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless automation reputed company the build and deployment processes.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage through automated test cases.
- Aiding business analysts with business/functional requirements and developers with technical requirements.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or reputed company eld (4 years experience in lieu of degree).
- Skills and Experience.
- 5+ years total IT experience, primarily as a software test engineer.
- 3+ years of experience as an automation test engineer.
- Proven experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or in a similar role with a focus on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, reputed company creation, JavaScript coding, and API testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle/Testing Methodologies.
- Ability to analyze reputed company requirements and design documents to create detailed test cases and scripts.
- Expertise in executing test cases and documenting actual results, identifying software defects, and creating test reports.
- Experience in Quality Center or similar test management tools.
- Experience in Unied Functional Testing tool or similar automation scripting tools like Selenium.
- Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Basic Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with conguration management and version control tools such as reputed company suite, JIRA, and/or Subversion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work productively in a dynamic, reputed company-shifting, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and business analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of LoadRunner.
- Basic knowledge of VB Scripting.
- Experience in creating/editing technical documents and User Manuals for new/upgraded software.

- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen OR Permanent reputed company Alien (Green card holder and NOT H1 reputed company holder).
- Candidate must have the ability to obtain an IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) reputed company Clearance from the Federal Agency.
- The candidate should pass the Wisemen screening/selection process.
- Active IRS MBI Clearance is highly desirable.
- Candidate(s) coming out of another IRS project with an IRS Laptop/badge will help accelerate the onboarding process.
