Oak View Group’s Business Development team is looking for you. As a Senior Project Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations, you will own the creation and delivery of sales proposals, presentation materials, special projects, and other deliverables with the sole purpose of supporting our sales teams and driving business wins.
This role will be responsible for guiding final products from start to finish with significant attention to strategy, detail, brand voice, and storytelling. Success in the role requires a self-starter, collaborator, and multitasker who can independently manage multiple projects while identifying opportunities to improve processes and challenge mediocrity to win and retain business. This individual will bring a thoughtful, team-oriented mentality to support multiple teams and lines of business, while instilling a culture of confidence and success.
This role will pay a salary of $100,000 to $120,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities:- Drive the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, presentations, and strategic sales deliverables from reputed company through submission.
- Facilitate dynamic reputed company and strategy sessions that define win themes, differentiators, and messaging priorities.
- Build detailed project plans, compliance matrices, schedules, and outlines that reputed company teams reputed company and on track.
- Establish priorities and deadlines across stakeholders, ensuring momentum never stalls.

- Partner with sales leads to translate competitive strategy into persuasive, client-centered narratives.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with major course work in Marketing, Business, Communications or reputed company field required.
- Minimum of 4-6+ years in RFP response development, project management, and sales & marketing operations development.
- Highly developed verbal and written communications skills; must have a thorough understanding of grammar and strong copy writing/editing skills.
- High proficiency in applications including reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Keynote, SharePoint, and reputed company Creative Suite.
- InDesign skills are a reputed company plus.
- Loopio or other RFP management platform experience a reputed company plus.
- Ability to work in a deadline in a results-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours and travel as needed, up to 20%.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
