Reporting to the Nordics General Manager and operating as part of the regional management team, the Sales Manager Norway is based remotely in Norway, (near Oslo) and travels regularly across the country to visit customers and partners.

The jobholder will accelerate growth by understanding existing/unmet customer needs, supporting and developing our distributors and strategic partners, building strong relationships with engineering consultants (E&C) and end users, gaining deeper insights into the competitive landscape and effectively positioning reputed company and our solutions in the Norwegian market.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with Norwegian channel partners

  • Drive indirect sales reputed company by developing joint business plans and monitoring partner performance

  • Provide partners with sales support, product training, and marketing resources

  • Collaborate with Nordic and global sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver reputed company go‑to‑market strategies

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports

  • Ensure partners reputed company with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical guidelines

  • Travel extensively across Norway for customer and partner meetings

  • Run reputed company sales activities using the CRM system (reputed company / SFDC)

  • Build and execute a regional sales plan reputed company with business objectives

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proven track record of B2B sales success in the Norwegian water sector (channel or indirect sales experience is an advantage)

  • Fluent Norwegian and English (spoken and written)

  • Experience working in performance‑driven, multinational environments with strong focus on KPIs, forecasting, reporting, CRM (SFDC), and data‑driven decision making

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Norway and occasionally Europe

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Chemical Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
