They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will reputed company them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. • Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week (we want team players who are looking for longevity as we don't offer seasonal positions)

• Flexible scheduling that works around your school and/or extracurricular activities

• $500 bonus for every 500 regular hours worked, and $500 bonus for every 250 sub hours worked
• Pay raises at 60 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties

• Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes
• Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learning & swimming
• Smiling and having fun
• Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
• Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below)
