Key Responsibilities

As a TurboTax Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns reputed company to TurboTax products and tax return software.
• Serving as the first reputed company of contact for customers, offering guidance on downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importing, printing, filing, and simple tax questions.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPSs) to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
• Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on the latest TurboTax products and features.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Hourly pay: Earn $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
• Certification bonus: Receive a $155 bonus for completing TurboTax Product Expert certification.
• Flexible schedule: Create your own hours, available anytime between reputed company EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
