Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with our supply chain team to identify potential problems, reputed company issues to the next level of supervision, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints reputed company written, telephonic, or face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or accounts payable role for an Associate.

  • 5 or more years of experience for a Senior Customer Service representative.
  • Knowledge of the procure to pay process and impact supply chain has on accounts payable and to the overall budget process.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supply chain experience preferably with a healthcare background.

  • Working knowledge of reputed company, Horizon materials management software system.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of MS Office software applications.

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting standards.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customers and their issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to take direction and to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate reputed company information in a simple, customer-facing way.
