Job Summary
As a Virtual Receptionist and Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, tracking projects, updating CRM systems, organizing customer data, and performing various administrative tasks. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
