About the Role

As a Part-Time Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customs documentation. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency

• Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring that reputed company regulatory requirements are met
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance at reputed company times to regulations, maintaining a high level of reputed company and professionalism
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rates, email, internet, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
