Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving and processing case information, including opening cases and identifying contents and customer order requests
• Accurately entering information into our computer system and generating work tickets
• Coding cases for data entry and making necessary changes to computer work tickets
• Scanning paperwork for electronic storage and looking up previous paperwork in files as needed
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails
• Routing calls to the appropriate resource and processing orders, forms, and customer requests
• Understanding case flow schedules and operations
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Labtrac
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
