Job Summary
We are seeking reputed company Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team in Van Buren, AR. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving disputes, and advocating for solutions that help consumers improve their creditworthiness. This is a remote position, but you must reside reputed company 45 miles of Van Buren, AR to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings; and reputed company for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness.
- Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
- Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or reputed company requests to the appropriate functional area.
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be able to successfully pass background screening, which will include a criminal background reputed company, employment verification, education verification, credit reputed company, and drug screen.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive reputed company salary: $15.00 per hour.
- Eligible for a $1,500 Performance Bonus, paid out in two installments after 90 and 180 days of employment.
