The Role

As a Customer Care Professional - Commercial & Merchant Servicing ID-1988, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our UK merchant customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company phone and cases, offering unique solutions, and managing a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals. Your role will be a mix of phone-based and administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent levels of service to arenaflex's UK merchant customers

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer questions and issues reputed company phone and cases
• Own issues to the reputed company of resolution
• Offer merchant customers unique solutions
• Manage a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals and to departmental quality standards
• Spend 80% of your time on phone-based activities and 20% on administrative tasks
