Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and helpful information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:
