Job Description
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company at our Solihull, Birmingham office. This is a reputed company-perm opportunity working with one of the world's largest organizations, with the potential to become permanent in the future. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking and filing customs paperwork for EU & UK
- Data entry and data transfer
- Creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation
- Managing numerous mailboxes between carriers and vendors
- Ensuring reputed company shipments have the correct and necessary documents to be able to cross
- Dealing with any discrepancies and misalignments that might arise
- Office-based work
Essential Qualifications:
* A stable and consistent work history
- Data entry experience (essential)
- Office working experience
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- High standard of attention to detail
- Working knowledge of reputed company Word and Outlook
- Clear criminal record
- You may be required to take a drug and alcohol test
- Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential

* Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
- Experience working with online systems and software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
