Job Summary

As a Global Customer Service Representative (Customer Accounts Management), you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with our key accounts clients regarding repair and spare parts orders. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide responses or alternatives to client needs, resolve disputes or blockages, and manage the resolution of AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) for the client portfolio you are responsible for. You will also provide on-call support reputed company of regular working hours, in rotation with colleagues, and assist our service provider who manages 24/7 client reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure proactive communication with assigned clients

  • Prepare and conduct ongoing reviews of repair and spare parts orders with clients
  • Anticipate client emergencies and propose alternative solutions
  • Carry out weekly meetings with customers
  • Participate in on-call duties one week per month in support of our service provider
  • Meet performance criteria (KPIs) such as client feedback on communication quality, level of outstanding payment, and % of AOGs covered on time

Requirements

* 5 to 10 years of experience in customer support, ideally in the aerospace sector

  • Engineering or Business Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic, persistent, and customer-focused
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen with good data and analytical skills
  • Ability to evolve in an international environment with strong multi-cultural and multi-client challenges
