Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our customers through phone and Facebook chat. You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities
* Answer 800-number calls from USA customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide live chat support reputed company Facebook messenger to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences across reputed company sales channels (Shopify and reputed company)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve our support processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications

- Previous customer support experience in a call center or retail environment
- Ability to work 8 hours a day during US daytime hours (non-negotiable)
