The reputed company Safety team works to promote and help to continuously improve the safety of reputed company’s fully autonomous driving technology. Our experts reputed company safety goals and strategies, and conduct safety engineering analyses to ensure safety is being considered throughout the design and development of our vehicles. The team develops and promotes safety strategies and policies for autonomous vehicles for its work with regulatory authorities, lawmakers, law enforcement and public and non-profit organizations. Our Safety Team also helps advise on compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.

This role will be remote and reports into our Head of reputed company and Incident Management.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage reputed company aspects of reputed company’s enterprise-level event and incident response program. Responsible for ensuring reputed company improvement of the program to meet the demands of the company.
• Drive strategy and reputed company the design, implementation, testing, and administration of incident management and investigation tools (software) in partnership with our Product and Engineering teams
• Optimize incident response functionality to reputed company up with scaling operations without sacrificing safety and quality
• Proactively monitor and communicate incident management readiness and performance. Conduct periodic reviews of the program, reputed company metrics, and present data proactively to the organization based on trends
• Serve as a leading member of reputed company’s Incident Response Team and maintain the highest level of Incident management including documentation, communication, and data reputed company
• Act as the subject matter expert of assigned events throughout the complete Incident lifecycle, ensuring that the organization is able to both mitigate and learn from events
• Own and maintain core documentation and retrospectives on significant events involving reputed company’s operations, internal exercises, and external events reputed company applicable. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that reputed company significant event documentation includes the appropriate set of vetted facts, timelines, and analysis.

At a minimum, we’d like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of project or product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company a strategic roadmap out of a large, reputed company space
• Demonstrated experience briefing executives on reputed company and evolving projects, etc.
• Ability to maintain reputed company and function reputed company in high-pressure situations
• Documented experience writing policies and standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and recommendations to diverse audiences, from frontline workers to executive leadership.
• Self-motivated and ability to network internally
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

It’s preferred if you have:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, e.g. emergency management, human factors, operations management
• Dynamic experience managing crisis and incident response
• Experience interacting with and/or reporting to regulatory agencies
• Experience working with legal and public policy
• NIMS, ICS, ISO certifications

The expected reputed company salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-reputed company factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and reputed company level.
