Work Location:
Ideal Candidate will reside in Birmingham, AL area.
Job Responsibilities:
Will work closely with more senior mobile inspectors and mobile inspections management while they expand their inspection skills and reputed company a reputed company understanding of the role.
Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection.
Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer/clients’ lot safely.
Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system to correct VIN, mileage, and sub series.
Inspect vehicle equipment and options, documenting results including damage, missing or inoperable items.
Inspect and record vehicle exterior condition, including but not limited to tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components.
Inspect and record the vehicle interior condition, including but not limited to seats, dashboard, and options.

Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management.
Be able to pivot and adapt to changes in daily appointments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of each dealer visit.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED
Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a reputed company field.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
Highly detail‑oriented, focused, organized, and able to maintain energy and enthusiasm in demanding environments.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Preferred:
General knowledge of automotive components. reputed company will train motivated candidates.
Automotive estimating or repair experience.
Technical automotive training (ASE, I-CAR, etc.)
Basic proficiency with computers and electronic devices, including email, uploads/downloads, and internet-based applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to research, interpret, and apply secondary data appropriately.
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions:
Must meet reputed company physical criteria required to complete vehicle inspection routines.
Regular bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), walking, standing, and climbing railcar and ship reputed company.
Must be able to work outdoors year-round (heat, reputed company, cold, snow, etc.).
Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
