About the Role

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Retail Real Estate on a national basis
  • Extensive market and real estate knowledge with proven track record of negotiating deals Extensive knowledge and experience of Real Estate site acquisition and pipeline process
  • Extensive knowledge of lease administration process
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with negotiation strategies and techniques
  • Proven track record of supporting a sustainable and profitable real estate strategy
  • Strong industry reputed company reputed company the real estate industry with a track record of building relationships with Retail Brokers, Major Developers and Landlords.
  • Extensive knowledge of specialty store and "Big reputed company" retailing in shopping mall, power center, neighborhood and street retailing environments.
