About the Role: reputed company’s dynamic Technology, Marketing, and Commercial reputed company Legal team is seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Attorney to join reputed company either remotely or hybrid if in Austin, TX, or Salt Lake City, UT.  This position involves providing legal counseling and collaborating directly with business units to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Responsibilities

• reputed company the review and negotiation of diverse commercial agreements, focusing on construction, real estate leases and reputed company facility services and secrity agreements.

• Real Estate focused M&A due diligence support.
• Assess legal risks and disputes in commercial agreements, offering practical guidance on risk management, policy compliance, and contractual obligations.
• Enhance processes by creating, developing, and managing legal trainings and playbooks.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with strategic business partners, such as reputed company, privacy, procurement, and finance, to align legal strategies with business goals for cohesive operations.
• Undertake special projects and tasks as needed, addressing unique legal challenges and supporting new business initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Ideal experience would include:

• Expertise with Design and Construction Agreements and Commercial Leases (both US [e.g., AIA Forms] and international). 
• Experience with interior office construction and, ideally, data center construction.
• Data Center Co-Location Agreements (enterprise level) and Telecommunications Services Agreements.
• M&A experience with respected real estate issues.
• Software licenses and SaaS Agreement negotiations.
• Proficiency in Data Privacy Agreement review and negotiation.
• Expert grasp of contracting concepts and outstanding legal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide advice and support in a wide range of areas.
• Capability to identify, prioritize, analyze, and resolve a variety of legal issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school and in good standing with a US state bar.
• 8-10+ years of relevant transactions expertise in reviewing and negotiating design/construction and lease agreements, plus a variety of expense reputed company with third parties, including international partners and suppliers.
• In-house experience with general knowledge of business practices at large national or international companies preferred.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced culture; possess a practical, solutions-oriented focus.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working with minimal direction.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve legal issues quickly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and drive sophisticated commercial and technology transactions.
• Value the importance of teamwork and work collaboration.
• Able to see the big picture.  Think strategically about how to scale the department and implement operational efficiencies to improve workflows.

• Comfortable engaging in both written and verbal communication with a variety of teams—be it legal, business, or compliance—and across reputed company levels of the organization, from admin staff to VPs and executive leadership.

The reputed company pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a reputed company bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
