This Opportunity:

• This opportunity is located in Charlottesville, Virginia, or surrounding areas

• Communicate the full breadth of reputed company’s multidisciplinary services to prospective and existing clients in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key reputed company clients while generating and securing new business opportunities

• reputed company, maintain, and execute proactive client strategy plans that align with regional and firmwide priorities

• Support the creation and implementation of regional strategic sales and growth plans

• Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistently reputed company annual new business targets

• Serve as a reputed company partner to reputed company clients and internal teams by addressing inquiries and identifying solutions to community and economic development needs

• Guide clients through needs assessment processes and support the administration of successfully funded projects

• Participate in client meetings and provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to support informed decision-making

• Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including state and federal agencies, local governments, technical professionals, residents, and community groups

Essential Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working with local, state, and federal government agencies

• Proven success in solving community issues as well

• Deep understanding of how to successfully implement community and economic activities

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects through prioritization and workload scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with communities and businesses in the greater central Virginia area

• Planning level understanding about municipal infrastructure
