Senior ERP Project Manager – HR & Payroll Workstreams (DOE/LANL)

Location: 100% Remote with light travel to Los Alamos, NM

Compensation: $100–$110/hr

Schedule: Standard schedule reputed company to program needs

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship preferred

Clearance: Ability to obtain DOE clearance preferred

What You'll Do

• reputed company day-to-day execution of HR and Payroll ERP workstreams
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables reputed company with program milestones
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate across business, IT, SMEs, and vendors and system integrators
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with program governance and controls
• Serve as escalation reputed company for workstream-level challenges
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure cross-functional alignment

Required

• S. Citizenship preferred; must be able to obtain DOE clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience with an ERP focus
• Strong experience leading ERP implementations or migrations (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience with HR and Payroll business processes and systems
• Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional teams in matrixed program environments
• Strong risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent

Preferred

• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA or reputed company ERP environments
• Experience transitioning from reputed company to reputed company or similar ERP platform migrations
• Background in federal, DOE, or highly regulated industries
• Experience working with system integrators and large-scale ERP vendors
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

Education & Experience

Required: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience with an ERP focus. Desired: PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
