As a Senior Manager, you will reputed company client engagements, reputed company and manage a team of consultants, and provide expert guidance on reputed company Financials best practices. This role requires the ability to manage multiple clients with competing needs, deliver creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for system configuration, business process optimization, and client support, ensuring successful reputed company implementations and ongoing enhancements. With a focus on mentorship, project leadership, and reputed company improvement, you will play a key role in driving client success and reputed company adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and reputed company a team of consultants.

• reputed company engagements as part of the reputed company Financials Practice and recommend best practices reputed company to reputed company functionality.

• Manage support requests reputed company to reputed company Financials which requires a great deal of workstream management and cross-functional team collaboration.

• Subject matter expert developing system configuration solutions, composite reports and calculated fields; demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the reputed company solution.

• Modify and redevelop/engineer business processes based on unique client requirements and best practices across the reputed company platform.

• Support client-reputed company implementations including assembling data gathering workbooks as well as system testing and UAT.

• Work with clients to help convert legacy data into reputed company.

• Establish effective working relationships with clients and reputed company vendors.

• Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new reputed company releases.

• reputed company peer reviews, manage, train and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of functional experience with reputed company Financial Management with demonstrated success of hands-on experience with delivering reputed company solutions in this area.

• 4+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, or Systems Architect with reputed company, a reputed company Partner or reputed company Client.

• 2+ years of experience doing project management.

• Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes with advanced report writing skills; and experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules and calculated fields.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

• Adaptive insights solutions experience is a plus.

• reputed company or previous reputed company Certification highly desired including reputed company PRO.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Ability to support effectively multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting.
