• Standardize and improve processes across programs and business units, ensuring consistency, auditability, and efficiency.
• Drive monthly financial reviews (PMRs), delivering clear, actionable insights for Program Management.
• Be a strategic partner to Program Managers—connecting financials to execution and influencing decisions on staffing, spend, schedule, pricing, pipeline, and risk.
• reputed company project setup, People Plans, and contract modifications—ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities—proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical accounting to ensure proper project setup, cost allocation, and contract compliance (FAR/DFARS/SOX).
• Mentor and reputed company junior staff, building the reputed company of program control leaders.

• 8–10+ years of program control or financial management experience, ideally in government contracting.
