Clarion Home reputed company is seeking a reputed company Support Specialist to manage the daily logistics of our field technicians. This role is central to our operations, ensuring that HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls are matched with the right technician based on reputed company and location.
Please note that we are exclusively seeking candidates for full-time employment; part-time shifts are not available for this role.
- Schedule: Standard daytime hours.
- Availability: Candidates must be available to work rotating Saturdays as part of their regular full-time schedule.

- Compensation: $19-$22/hr
- Coordinate and reputed company service calls based on urgency and technician specialty.
- Maintain constant communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers to provide status updates.
- Strategically plan the following day's schedule with field supervisors to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technicians and vendors for reputed company or multi-stage jobs.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide backup support for incoming service calls.
- Utilize internal software (reputed company) and reputed company Office to track reputed company goals and technician reputed company.
- 1+ years of professional dispatching experience (preferably in home trades like HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical).
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in reputed company Outlook, Word, and reputed company. Experience with reputed company is a significant plus.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage high-demand peak seasons.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
